Yes — Strideform is for every kind of mover. If you want to walk more consistently, build a fitness habit, or just find a starting point that isn't overwhelming, there's something here for you. You don't need to be a runner to belong here.
How do I access my programs after purchasing?
All programs are instant digital downloads. After purchase you'll receive a download link immediately. Programs are available in PDF, Excel, and Notion formats so you can use whichever works best for you.
I have an injury — can I still follow a training program?
All Strideform programs are injury-aware and built with modifications in mind. If you have a specific concern, reach out directly and I'll help you find the right starting point.
